The latest update on this is that it has passed its initial vote in the Senate. What that means is that the lawmakers voted 51-49 to open debate on the 940-page megabill, so yes, just 2 Republicans voted against it and everybody else went “F**k those that elected me, I’m in a cult here and I need to help make the rich richer by stealing from the poor and by also greatly increasing the public debt“.
Now what?
As a protest the Democrats are now forcing the 1,000 page bill to be read on the floor of the Senate. That is just a protest; it is on track and so this utter lunacy really is going to happen and will devastate countless lives.
There were of course other Republicans who had initially indicated they would be “No”, but loyalty to the cult won in the end and that includes Ron, Collins, and Murkowski.

SCOTUS Corruption Updates
Decades of federal jurisprudence on US immigration policy was just flushed down the toilet in an unsigned opinion by the 6 far-right radicals on the Supreme Court. To read the three-Justice dissent is to realize that American rule of law is like an iceberg that is seeing giant chunks fall off daily.

- The Supreme Court (minus 3 ethical women) has ruled that immigrants, or anyone the masked terrorists pick up to meet Miller’s quotas, can be deported to foreign countries with no due process. SCOTUS illegally obliterates due process …
- Justice Sonia Sotomayor dissented and was joined by Justices Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson. Sotomayor wrote, “the Court finds the idea that thousands will suffer violence in far-flung locales more palatable than the remote possibility that a District Court exceeded its remedial powers when it ordered the Government to provide notice and process to which the plaintiffs are constitutionally and statutorily entitled.”
- As is often the case with orders on the court’s emergency appeals docket, the court did not provide any reasoning for its ruling, nor did the justices who signed on to the ruling publicly identify themselves

Moving on from the above I don’t need to flag up what happened on Friday, the orange turd grabbed a megaphone and made damn sure that we all got the news that the bought and paid for SCOTUS justices delivered what he needed regarding his deportation EO.
What is crystal clear is that his EO was unconstitutional when signed, has been found to be unconstitutional many times since then, remains unconstitutional today, and that remains a legal fact even if SCOTUS tell you it is not.
What they did not do is to preclude class action and other remedies that will allow full nationwide relief and that will undoubtedly be forthcoming rapidly in courts across the land, so what happened is not “end-game”.
Putting aside the 3 of no concern, where we actually stand with the 6 of concern is that there at least 2 who actually want the judicial system to collapse so they can retire under the Trump monarchy, and 2 who can be deemed “monarchy-curious”, for for the other 2, yes, we probably still have a majority that wants a functioning federal justice system, so hope remains.
