So where are we now with this past week’s episode of Trump’s new War-games reality show?
If you have tried to keep count then your notes will reveal that the Iranian Navy, which has apparently been “completely” destroyed eight or is it nine times now, has closed the Strait of Hormuz once again via that Navy. This is all because Trump has won the war, that is apparently not a war but is an actual war, for what is it now, the seventh or eighth time, so that he can open the Strait of Hormuz, which was open before he started his “not a war”.
His “not a war” all started to get the uranium that was previously completely obliterated, so that the Iranian’s could not build a nuclear weapon that they weren’t building for the “not a war”.
We should also remember that he was threatening to use Nuclear weapons a few weeks ago to prevent Iran from having nuclear weapons because having nuclear weapons is dangerous, so Iran has learned this lesson: Actually having Nuclear weapons is very desirable because he remains hands-off all those who actually have them.
So now that we are in a sort of ceasefire which is not really a ceasefire, we are also definitely negotiating but not really negotiating at all, by sending but not actually sending, deeply compromised and utterly incompetent “diplomats” who have no real diplomatic experience, and remember that pre war, but not a war, negotiations resulted in us bombing them in the middle of those negotiations and also we ended up murdered more or less the entire Iranian negotiation team.

Call me psychic if you wish, but I do have the distinct vibe that the degree of trust they have for anything we might potentially negotiate is more or less zero.
All he now needs to do is to get them to agree to do what they were already doing, until he started carpet bombing them.
What a fucking mess.
All of it is totally pointless, and he owns it all. The global economic impact has not yet truly been felt, but when it comes, more or less every nation state on the planet will view the US as THE No.1 threat to economic prosperity and peace, and they would not be wrong about that.
Meanwhile, if the US saw what the US was doing inside the US, then clearly the US would invade the US to liberate the US from the tyranny of the US.
Can anybody make any of it make sense?
Well yes, it is of course a diversion from Epstein, and also a means to help greatly increase wealth for some via very blatant in-your-face market manipulation.

Let’s now see what else has been happening this past week.
Me Me Me
“I’m” winning the war … Me me me me me … The malignant narcissist can’t help himself
… but worry not, somebody has fixed it for you so that it tells the truth (a concept completely elusive for him) …

Fox News BS
They really are just making it up …

Meanwhile back home …

- Quote: “Trump wants us to make a lot of concessions before we sit down at the table,” Charest told Radio-Canada. “Meanwhile, he wouldn’t make any. On the U.S. side, there are suggestions that Canada should try to get Trump’s attention by making an immediate concession, especially since the president is juggling several major issues right now. However, Canadian sources said they have twice offered concessions to the U.S. administration without receiving anything in return.“
We all feel the reality of his utter economic incompetence.

Corruption on a truly epic scale

NEW REPUBLIC: “Where Did Millions in Funding Go?” $63 MILLION companies paid in *settlements* to Trump appears to have vanished (into his pocket) and @SenWarren wants answers. newrepublic.com/article/2092…
- Attention, young adults about to embark on tertiary studies: Consider getting trained for a career in forensic accountancy, fraud or financial crime analysis. You’re are going to experience excellent job security for the next decade or so, investigating all of this.
What is truly mind-blowing is not the revelation that a convicted felon who has stiffed people who work for him his entire life is corrupt, but rather that so many have been so willing to turn a blind eye to it all and continue to vigorously support him (and remember that includes up to 80% of the deeply stupid and highly gullible evangelicals) …

Multiple layers of Lunacy and utter incompetence
Just another day in Donald Trump’s Endless Clown Show.
The department of Justice no longer does “Justice” …

RFK Jnr claims having a flu shot “weakens our warfighting capabilities” to ensure our soldiers don’t get the flu all at once—taking them off the battlefield? Make this make sense, because reality is literally the *opposite* of what he describes (these really are the most incompetent people) …

This is what Trump’s government was doing while they indict the SPLC for going after right wing extremism/white supremacists and Fox hosts claim racism isn’t a real issue. www.reuters.com/world/africa…
- And yes, like everything else he does, this entire initiative is based on a lie. The BBC looked into it all and very robustly called out Trumps claim of White persecution as complete bullshit.
Do you think perhaps the money has gone into the Trump family’s pockets instead …

As for the WH dinner shooting; when next to nothing is known, he still felt obliged to hold a press conference and rant on about how much better it would all have been if he had his Ballroom (FFS). He went on and on about what a dangerous job it is to be president, the most dangerous job in the world, so dangerous that he needs his ballroom with a bunker …

MAGA Maths
They really are the stupidest people on the planet …

- For the MAGA challenged morons amongst us: if the drug was $100 and it raises to $600, that would actually be a 500% rise because the increase is $500 and that is 5 times the original $100.
- Then if it falls from $600 back to $100, the drop is $500 measured against the starting price of $600, and that is a 83.3% drop, not a 600% drop

MAGA Christian Cranks
The nuttier right-wing religious fanatics within the MAGA cult are as always doing their thing, and so here are this week’s samples.
- The Religious Right has been giving Trump a pass for being a “baby Christian” for a decade now.
- This religious grifter has now downgraded the Son of God to a stage prop and his political idol to a teething infant.
- The defense has somehow made the original stupidity worse, which is honestly impressive.
Many are rolling out the same pathetic excuse. Christian nationalist pastor Landon Schott insists that Trump “respects God, he respects pastors” and thus he deserves grace because he’s still “a baby Christian.”
- Trump is always God’s mighty warrior until accountability arrives, then suddenly he is a “baby Christian” who needs a juice box and a lie down.
Mario Murillo declares that the Democrat Party has “wholly, unquestionably given themselves over to evil.”
- The projection here is off the scale because “they” dare to criticise his beloved messiah … who, as a quick reminder, has been convicted of sexual assault, has multiple women who claim he raped them and some are under age, is also a convicted fraudster, and is very blatantly using his position to enrich himself.
It really is a cult of delusional fools …
- Rick Joyner gushes over President Donald Trump: “No question, he’s the most extraordinary leader we’ve had in our country in our lifetime. I think he’s the most decisive, resolute president we’ve ever had.“
- Alex McFarland asserts that “Donald Trump is the greatest president of our lifetime”: “Donald Trump is the Winston Churchill of our times.“
- Joshua Feuerstein likewise adores Trump: “I love our President. I believe he loves truth, stands for what he knows to be right … and I applaud that! He’s an amazing leader. He is also in the beginning of a journey towards Jesus”: “I believe that before President Trump leaves office … you will see him bowing at the feet of Jesus. I’m confident he is going to not just lead a nation into prosperity, safety and security … but that he will help lead this nation back to Jesus.”
Michele Bachmann asserts that “there would be no America without the Bible.“
- Right, and without the Bible there’d be no Wi-Fi, no antibiotics, and no coffee either. Truly, it’s been carrying the entire economy on its back this whole time.
- Reminder for Ms Bachmann, it is ‘We the People,’ not ‘We the Book Club.’. I mean seriously now, the Constitution never once says anything like ‘as it is written in Leviticus’—that seems like a pretty big oversight for the supposed co-author.
- From her viewpoint I guess that the Enlightenment, indigenous cultures, and a few centuries of political philosophy just… sat this one out.
Some will maliciously use real problems to garner support. Christian nationalist Sen. Josh Hawley said this past week that in order to create a culture of “biblical masculinity,” the nation must establish a “Christian economy” where “men can get a job and afford to have a family.”
- The real issue is that he takes a genuine affordability problem and smuggles in a hierarchy with it. “Men can get a job and afford to have a family” sounds compassionate until you notice the script underneath it: men as providers, women as dependents, Christianity as the state-approved moral framework, and everyone outside that model pushed to the margins. That is not an economic plan so much as patriarchy with a pay slip.
- It is also out of step with how families actually live. In 2024, both spouses were employed in about 49.6% of married-couple families in the U.S., while only 23.4% had just one spouse employed. So the answer to economic stress is not to romanticize one rigid household model and baptize it as public policy.
Texas State Board of Education member Julie Pickren brags about nominating Christian nationalist pseudo-historian David Barton to serve as a “content expert adviser” for developing the state’s social studies curriculum: “We want one of the leading historians in America to help educate children in Texas.”
- Barton … an … “expert“!!! … “leading historian“!!! … WTF!!!
- If you are not familiar with him, then permit me to simply cite his Wikipedia page: “Historians have described his research as “flawed” and containing “outright falsehoods”.[9][10]” (And remember, they are being polite and neutral)….”A number of credentialed historians have called Barton’s work “pseudohistory“.[44][60][43][56]
- So in essence, if the content they wish to establish within the curriculum is fictitious bullshit, then they have their man.
Rick Green says that any immigrant who is “anti-American” should be deported: “We need to be deporting millions of these people. I don’t care if they’re citizens or not.“
- Apparently Rick Green is eager for himself to be deported.
- Anyone who says ‘I don’t care if they’re citizens or not’ is not exposing anti American immigrants. He is exposing anti American instincts in himself
- This is always the same old routine: if the Court agrees with them, it is divine wisdom; if it doesn’t, suddenly the republic is under supernatural judgment. Funny how God’s will keeps sounding exactly like their fascist political policy memo.
- Their version of faith is basically a legal threat in church clothes: nice civilization you’ve got there, shame if God did something to it unless the justices vote correctly.
Jim Garlow declares that President Donald Trump’s participation in the “America Reads The Bible” event was “a holy moment for our nation.”
- He did not part the Red Sea. He found a religious stage prop that he used to manipulate some deeply gullible marks.
- If your relationship needs one person to ‘submit to your authority,’ congratulations, you’ve reinvented the 14th century.
- I don’t know if he is actually married or not, but I’d be willing to bet that he is not.

Redistricting
If Republicans hate the CA and VA redistricting, they can thank the person responsible – Donald J. Trump. None of it would’ve been possible without his “leadership” on this issue.
Trump started the mid-decade redistricting effort by pushing Texas to do in June 2025 when many Republicans felt it could backfire on them. It now has …

As for some other media outlets …

- Quick reminder; when Texas Republicans gerrymandered their state, in direct response to pressure from President Donald Trump, the Post was quick to lecture us that everything was fine, the move was “not a threat to democracy,” and Democrats should stop with their “freakout.”, now they take the above stance??? Well they can now simply fuck right on off.
- Nothing says ‘stable, serious statesman’ quite like calling voters ‘minions of darkness’ because they used ballots instead of obeying his preferred map. At this point, every election he loses sounds like a rejected sermon from a man trying to exorcise a spreadsheet.
Then a Trump Judge overthrows the democratic vote …
