This past week we got the Facebook decision regarding the Trump Ban. It was perhaps inevitable that no matter what they said, rather a lot of people were going to be unhappy.
The fact that it is Trump and his glassy-eyed cult followers that are upset with the decision is truly a good outcome. Their response is everything you might imagine it to be. Luckily we don’t get to find out what Trump thinks because it turns out that he is not the messiah, but instead he has been a very naughty boy and has had his social media megaphone taken away … permanently. As for others, oh come now, you know the drill, it was stuff like this …
- Bill Mitchell demands that the government seize Mark Zuckerberg’s assets and “throw him in prison for seditious conspiracy.”

Plenty. There is never any shortage. The ongoing arms race amongst those seeking influence and attention guarantees it.
You will find below a few more examples that have popped up during the past week. I’ve highlighted these so that we can laugh about it all. I find that to be the best response to the batshit insane that flows from this cult of fools.
COVID-19
- Rick Wiles Says COVID-19 Vaccines Are a Plot to Carry Out ‘Global Genocide’
- He claimed “a lot of stupid people will be killed off.” That is true, but those taking that hit will be the unvaccinated, not the vaccinated
- To give you some additional context, this past week he also rolled out this old trope – Rick Wiles Says ‘The American People Are Being Oppressed by Jewish Tyrants’. That conspiracy claim is so old he must have had to blow dust off it before deploying it.
- DeAnna Lorraine warns that the effort to get people vaccinated is a “modern-day Holocaust,” complains that it’s teaching people to trust science instead of their guts, and says it’s all the work of Satan.
- Teaching people to “trust science”, the evidence based stuff that is proven to work, is indeed an endeavour that most educators can happily endorse. DeAnna is literally claiming that schools are a nefarious plot, the work of Satan, and that ignorance is the high road.
- Stew Peters declares that people who get the COVID-19 vaccine “will be the ones falling over and dying” and “we will be in a better place without them.” His guest, QAnon conspiracy theorist DeAnna Lorraine, agrees: “Maybe Darwin’s theory is true.”
- If they really believe this then perhaps they need to go out and campaign so that all the people they hate should go and get vaccinated.
Josh Dugger Update
Josh Dugger was back in the news this past week. This is the guy who was a Christian Reality TV star and the executive director of the Family Research Council. He was described as the “epitome of conservative values”. That turns out to be rather accurate because the latest update this past week is this …

- Gerald Faulkner, a special agent for Homeland Security Investigations, stated the images on the computer were “in the top five of the worst of the worst that I’ve ever had to examine.“
Bizarre
- Mychal Massie proclaims that “the Democratic Party is the most existential proof that evil exists since the serpent entered the Garden.”
- Talking snakes that tricked you into eating fruit were never a thing.
- Dave Daubenmire insists that “there is no racism in America” and that white Christian men are the real victims of discrimination and persecution: “There is an assault on white Christian Americans.”
- I’m struggling to grasp how the mutually exclusive claims of “There is no racism” and “my white race is being oppressed” can be both believed as true at the same moment in time.
- Cirsten Weldon claims that Hillary Clinton died several months ago of kuru, which is a disease caused by cannibalism.
- Just when you think it could not get any weirder, up pops this.
Fools of the week – The False Profit$
The stars of this weekly show are of course the religious grifters. To be wholly clear, most humans, regardless of their belief or non-belief are decent. Some however grasp belief and deploy it as a tool to manipulate and enrich themselves. This section is very much dedicated to these con artists …
- Robin Bullock declares that it’s a sin to recognize Joe Biden as president and asserts that one cannot pray for “President Joe Biden” because no such person exists: “You might as well pray for the Easter Bunny.”
- The Bible explicitly says that you should pray for those in charge. This is Robin telling those that believe to ignore that bit of the bible.
- Mario Murillo Says God Is Calling Right-Wing Christians to Mobilize Politically and ‘Terrify National Democrat Leaders’
- One can only wonder what God is telling the Democrat leaders, most of whom are also Christian. Biden is Catholic, and Harris in Baptist. I speculate that God is telling them to not worry about the Voices in Mario’s head.
- Jeff Jansen seems to be convinced that his prophecy that the military would remove President Joe Biden from office by the end of April has actually come true.
- The delusion is strong in this one
- Meanwhile, his Church had decided to dump this guy, so this past week they fired him. To be strictly accurate, it was not the prophetic lies that did him in, instead it was to do with him leaving his wife for another women, or possibly a man.
- Jonathan Cahn attempts to explain how the Jan. 6 insurrection at the U.S. Capitol was foretold by the Bible.
- Pick any notable event in history and you are guaranteed that some nut will pop up to claim that it is in the bible.
- Mark Taylor, who spent the months before the election guaranteeing that Donald Trump would be reelected, has largely disappeared since Biden took office, reportedly because God told him to take a break.
- If you guarantee it and it does not happen, then yes, a vanishing act is perhaps your best play to avoid the embarrassment.
- Shane Vaughn Ordains His Followers as ‘Evangelists of the Trump Revival’
- It is wholly appropriate for the liar-in-chief to be their icon of worship.
- Hank Kunneman Says God Will Reward Those Who Continue to Believe the Prophets Who Guaranteed Trump’s Reelection
- The gullible will indeed be rewarded … with lots more mockery and heaps of embarrassment.
